The Gazillion Bubble Show Review & Ticket Giveaway! CLOSED

My niece & I took the boyz to see the Gazillion Bubble show. I have heard so much about it that I was extremely excited to get the opportunity to review it for myself.
What can I say but how awesome this show is! It kicks off with a gush of bubbles shooting right at you. The host, Deni Yang, is amazing. Bubblea is his family business started by his father Fan Yang. He has been entertaining the world since he was 4 years old. The family has held many Guinness world records for creating enormous sized bubbles.
The boyz kept saying how awesome the show was and I totally agree! Deni does a very electrifying laser show that had both the kids and adults oohing and aahing throughout.
The show is great for all ages. Our boyz are 5 & 15 months old and they sat amazed for the whole show. If you have the opportunity to see the show, I highly suggest it. Even if you're not a bubble fan, you will become one by the end of it.
You can purchase tickets via Telecharge, over the phone or in person at the New World Stages theater. Check for rates & dates here.
One lucky reader will get a chance to see the show in the New York City area!
Winner will receive a 4 pack of tickets.

And so the holidays begin.....

I can't believe that Thanksgiving has just passed and its time to deck the halls & be jolly. Where has this year gone or should I say time itself? As I get older, I wished time would come to a standstill. I feel like its going by so fast that I'm not able to truly enjoy it all.
As this Thanksgiving passed, I sat back & watched my family. These are my siblings that I fought with as the youngest; the nieces/nephews that I watch become men & women; my mom who is the matriarch of our family and still the backbone that holds it all together. As I look at my husband & see how far we've come these past 10 years and our son who is becoming such an independent little boy. I realize that these have been the best years so far. I'm about to turn 40 in a few months and its only going to get better. Forget about the could haves, should haves and would haves. Enjoy today and the tomorrows. As these holidays quickly approach us, take time from the hustle & bustle to look at your family. Appreciate it all and savor the moments.

Tommee Tippee Its not just bottles anymore!

Tommee Tippee has become such a popular choice for many moms when they have a baby. Every time I have a baby shower to attend, there are always Tommee Tippee products on the registry. My niece used it for her son and absolutely loved them. She said they never leaked when the bottle wasn't upright or dropped, which was a major complaint of another famous bottle brand. I had my son 5 years ago when Tommee Tippee wasn't launched in the States yet. So I was very excited when I was invited to an event that showcased many new & exciting products. It was a great time & made me yearn to be pregnant again, if only to try out these fantastic items.
They have come out with an innovative digital video sensor pad monitor. It has an infrared night vision camera so you can see your baby day or night. A sensor is placed under your baby's mattress. If there is no movement for 20 seconds an alarm is set off.  It helps eases a parent's peace of mind. They have a new line of cleaning supplies that range anti bacterial wipes/gel, to counter top spray to bottle/utensil wash. All created to protect your baby. Products are alcohol, dye and fragrance free. Plant derived cleaning.

Tommee Tippee also has an Explora brand that is for staged feeding. They come in beautiful bright colors, rubber grips that are easy for little hands. They have spill proof cups and easi mats that stick to flat surfaces ensuring that food will go into their mouths & not on the floor.

I was very impressed by Tommee Tippee's products. There was so much that I didn't know about them. They have only been on the market in the U.S. for a little over 2 years but have been well known in the UK. I suggest if you are pregnant, to check out their products while doing your registry. I'm sure there will be something that you will want for your child.

Mega Bloks Thomas & Friends Party & Review

Last Saturday, I invited a few of my mommy friends & their kids (mostly boys & just 1 girl) to come over to play with Mega Bloks. I received a great package from Mom Select & Mega Bloks to host a party for 10 kids. My son has been dying to open the packages since we got them.
The kids ranged in ages 5 - 8 years old. It didn't take long for these rambunctious kids to start building and getting active with Thomas & friends. They were easily having a great time. The moms were having fun helping out.

They played for about 2 hours. I loved how these bloks kept them focused. They were involved with creating new ways for the trains to move around. It really entertained them.

Mega Bloks were great in sending a kit for each invited kid (see pic). I loved how the pieces fit inside and it conveniently can be used as a ramp for play. Great idea! All the kids loved their set & were super happy to take one home.
I have to say that my son is still playing with this set. He has recreated his own version of the tracks every time. I love that he is using his imagination.
Thank you Mega Bloks & Mom Select for allowing me to host this awesome party!

*Disclosure: I was selected to host a party through MommyParties, a division of MomSelect. I was provided the Mega Bloks Thomas and Friends kits. No other compensation was provided and all opinions are my own.

Boogie Wipes: Review & A Giveaway CLOSED

Without fail, once school started so did the runny nose in our household. My son caught a bad cold this past month. After a few days, his nose became so raw. I was fortunate to be able to do a review for Boogie Wipes. I have heard of them from my niece who carries a pack in her diaper bag. I had to try it out. I received a 30 count pack of the fresh scent, a few packets of their other scents and their new saline soothers for adults (separate review).
I have to say that these were so soft to use. We loved them. Since they are moist, they cleaned his nose from any dry residuals. My son loved the smell as well. I liked that they aren't soapy as regular wipes are when you use them. These are definitely the best for little noses.
Boogie Wipes come in simply unscented, fresh, grape or menthol scents. A 30 count pack retails for $3.79. Now they are available in 90 count tubs at Costco! They have an ongoing promotion Save the Sleeve, which promotes kids to use a boogie wipe rather than their sleeves to wipe their noses. Go ahead & take the pledge!

One lucky reader will win 2 packs of 30 count wipes!
